(About the App)

“Find friends by interests”

The Travvy app helps people find companies of other people based on their interests in different countries.

(Problem)

Decrease in TA engagement

More than 50% of users left the application within 2-3 hours after use.

(What was Done)

Detailed Analytics

At the beginning, we conducted LOCAL testing to determine the USER PAINS, determine USER PATH and, based on the HEAT MAP, determine how they intuitively see this application;

Then we analyzed the UI/UX of the TOP 5 apps used by the TA (Target Audience) and compared the results with our LOCAL testing to identify behavior patterns.

Conclusion & Improvements

After detailed analysis, we came to the conclusion that users encountered difficulties in NAVIGATING SYSTEM in the app as well as in the OVERLOADED Application Interface.

We have IMPROVED the NAVIGATION in the application and made it more recognizable based on the applications of the target audience.

(Tests' Results)

Local Testing results

- 91% (+3) of users were able to identify the main colors of the brand and reproduce them after using the application;
- 78% (+5) of users have no problems with Navigation system;
- 11% (-54%) were not finished all of the tasks or spent a lot of time to complete them.

At the moment, the application in progress of local testing in the company.
A new stage of investment and release is expected.
